[murano-apps] Rally depllyment fails bacause can't clone Rally

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add Rally app to environment
2. Deploy environment

Actual result:
Deployment fails with error:

Finally: fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git

    Fix Rally application

    Variables $repository & $version are defined in the class-level
    scope and should be addressed as $.repository & $.version to
    return actual value passed by the user.
