Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create environment
2. Add Kubernetes Cluster to env
3. Add Kubernetes Pod to env with following name: "test_pod"
4. Add some docker application to env
5. Send env to deploy
Observed result:
Deployment of environment fails because of pod name. "test_pod" is invalid name, but there is no validation in UI form when user defines this parameter
