Bug Description
Testing Xubuntu 18.10
I notice that when I change information in mugshot sometimes it does ask for my password before saving the data and sometimes it doesn't.
The pattern seems to be: change phone number --> password is asked; change first name -> no password asked.
Not sure of this is intentional or not.

This is actually not a bug! Some user details (those stored in /etc/passwd) require a password to update, while others (accessed via AccountsService) do not.
