I just bought this laptop and I have been trying to put a password in it and it keeps saying I have a bug I don't know what that means if you can help me I would forever be grateful

Bug Description
I try to put the password in and it says unsuccessful then it starts talking about losing a connection and that I should report it as a bug. I'm at my wits end.
