chfn parameter for office-phone is "-p" instead of "-w"

chfn 2.29 uses "-p" as parameter for changing the office-phone. Mugshot tries to execute "chfn -w" to do so which fails and prevents changing user-details.

Thanks for the bug report! I've adjusted Mugshot to use either variant to ensure it works no matter what.
