Bug Description
MUGLE needs to provide some sample data for testing and demonstrating the system.
Ideally this should both populate the database with both game metadata and also a sample game.

This is basically done, but I'll leave it as In Progress since it doesn't yet populate all the objects, such as uploading a sample game. De-milestoning, since it won't be necessary for the first release.
