Buttons UI lost ability to create plain send commands in 3.0 preview

The buttons UI in 2.1 could allow the user to put a command in to be sent without any scripting either on button down or button up. In 3.0 previews, functionality for either is missing and you have to script it.

Not entirely sure that is a 2.1 regression - I think it goes much further back than that according to Git History Heiko cut it out with "safe mapper" commit 4e651d55fd7a73af24fe66ae3d85e9e5b13a1fc5 on 22 March 2013...

Personally I think that they should be restored as there are equivalents in all of alias/trigger/key and possibly even timer (from memory) xxxx_main_area.ui forms. Probably a "Won't fix" for 3.0 but could be a Low/Wishlist priority to reimplement in development branch...

Forgot to add the screenshot, but the UI is fine in 2.1. It is a 2.1 regression. Also 2.1 was released in January, that commit is from March.

It is a regression and needs to be fixed for 3.0 to proceed.
