ctrl+shift+z opens mudlet

ctrl+shift+z opens mudlet in Windows only. This is an issue as it messes with variuos shortcuts people expect to work: http://forums.mudlet.org/viewtopic.php?t=2688

Chris found that this is set by the Mudlet Windows installer.

I can't duplicate this on Windows 10 with Mudlet 3.0.0. I see from the thread it happened in Win7 - has it been fixed? If so, can the bug be closed?

It's probably because we use a different installer now. Thanks for having a
