I found this also whilst looking at adding support for strike- out("midline" ) and overline. There are also issues with:
* not closing the HTML file off at the end
* (IIRC) use of the XML </ BR> to force a new line rather than the HTML <BR>
* Not having the mandatory TITLE(?) tag in the Header and some other things that could be more standards compliant.
