Bug Description

Copy to HTML uses an invalid font-decoration property, so Google Chrome doesn't show up the underscores. It seems the proper one is text-decoration (http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_text_text-decoration.asp), which can be dropped in as a fix for font-decoration to work fine.

I found this also whilst looking at adding support for strike-out("midline") and overline. There are also issues with:
* not closing the HTML file off at the end
* (IIRC) use of the XML </ BR> to force a new line rather than the HTML <BR>
* Not having the mandatory TITLE(?) tag in the Header and some other things that could be more standards compliant.
