"Allow server to install scrpt packages" should read "Allow server to install script packages"

I have a little programming practice (I received my BS in IT). New to working on bzr and open source projects. I've fixed the typo for this bug, might need some help uploading this back into the system.

The fix is on line 165.

Hiya - thanks for the contribution!

Are you familiar with git? We currently use git repositories as a staging
point for merging things back into main SF.
