Settings dialog doesn't set default colors properly.

Bug Description

If you change all the colors in the settings dialog (either normal colors tab or the mapper colors tab) and click the default colors button, some of the colors won't go to their defaults.

Note: I already have a fix that I'll attach when I get it ready.
