Wishlist - Graphic output for responses

I was wondering if there is the possability to provide some basic graphic information, rather than numbers so those that don't normally use commands (or capable of understanding the responses) can use mtr.
I was thinking along the lines of a simple bar with 4 colours (green, yellow, orange, red).

I'm also wondering if it could be 'browsered' so it can be accessed remotely from anywhere?

I'm with both Puppy and T2 linuxes, but am not a programmer so could only test for you.
