Sync with MPlayer SVN as recommended by countless MPlayer devs

Binary package hint: mplayer

MPlayer 1.0rc2 is no longer recommended by the MPlayer devs. It is 2 years outdated. Furthermore, there have been so many significant changes since 1.0rc2 that MPlayer is almost a completely different player today.

  * run 'make distclean' only of config.mak exists.
  * remove debian/control.mplayer* variants.
  * don't --enable-debug on mipsen. This hopfully fixes the FTBFS on mipsen.
