Bug Description

OS: Elementary Os Luna 0.2
Kernel: 3.12.6-031206-generic (lastest stable)
Platform: x86_64
XSession: lightdm

MPD:is locally on per user base

Bug: The mpd-sound-menu is at 100% cpu if no MPD is running after the user has logged in
expected: a notification to the loggedin User that no MPD is running and has to be started.

Note:
the cpu go's down when the user manually starts the MPD afterwards
I think the user schould no what to do if something is going wrong.
if the user kills the MPD later then the cpu stay's nice but the mpd-sound-menu is still displayed and not functioning at this point the mpd-sound-menu schould display a notification or quit.
