Add import wizard / loading screen when a new XMPP account connects to a pod

Bug Description
Right now when a new user connects to a pod for the first time his data is being imported on the fly. This results in a very confusing experience. It would be nicer to present the user a 'loading data from the network' screen that makes it impossible to browse around and have a half broken experience.
