ENVIRONMENT: MOS 9.1, snapshot #315
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create env with sahara
2. Deploy env
3. Login to controller
4. Source openrc
5. Make "openstack dataprocessing job update --public c9a7c630-
EXPECTED RESULT:
Job becomes public
