Comment 1 for bug 1541708

The same thing was noticed in upstream review, I uploaded a new patchset https://review.openstack.org/#/c/256362/7..8/horizon/static/horizon/js/horizon.tables_inline_edit.js that fixes the issue. Let's aim for the fix being consumed from upstream during mitaka sync, if not, I'll backport it explicitly.
