Bug Description
In upstream OpenStack tests are split between several tox environments:
1) pep8 (various style checks)
2) py27 (unit tests)
3) functional (integration/
Currently, we run only pep8,py27 jobs for review.
It would be nice to have a "tox -efunctional" job. At least for Nova, as all DB tests are functional tests. But maybe other projects would be interested as well (e.g. Neutron).
