Glance can not create image if we specified image_url

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install OS(HA, with default store for glance)
2. Upload image by using image_url

Actual result:
We get the following error:
<h1>400 Bad Request</h1>
03:16:59.534 External sourcing not supported for store

Need to add glance.store.http.Store in known_stores option in glance-cache config, and it would be work
