Bug Description

That mirror [1] with snapshots does not synchronize since 22 of May, so this is a reason of failed install tests job [2].

Fixed. But it is not the reason of failed installation tests. installation tests should know nothing about mirrors

Sync procedure stuck because of network issues. All rsync processes were killed and restarted. To avoid such issues need to switch sync stages from cron script to separate jenkins jobs.
