Bug Description

pylibmc have shown better stability than python-memcached on scale lab.
We need it as a default client library in MOS.

Alexander, please provide more details about the bug - what is the affected MOS versions, etc. Probably (?) that's not a bug at all, and this needs to be tracked as separated BP/Jira ticket/whatever.

AFAIK, there is a work under way to compare performance of reference setup and tuned one with changes to memcached configuraition and python-memcached changed to pylibmc.
