Error when send subnetpool-create command:

That is a known upstream python-neutronclient issue https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-neutronclient/+bug/1536479 which happens when no --pool-prefix has been provided.

The fix seems to be pretty trivial https://review.openstack.org/#/c/298598/2 , hopefully it will be merged soon and the problem will be solved. I propose to change the Importance to Low.

Adding 9.0 milestone back due to the wait-for-stable tag -> fix will arrive as a part of sync with stable/mitaka code.

The original upstream bug assignee seems to have lost interest in the issue. I have an alternative upstream fix here https://review.openstack.org/#/c/304161/ .

As for openstack client, I see no subnetpool create command in stable/mitaka at all, so don't think the backport is needed there.
