[Murano] [Artifacts] Showing of incorrect number of the packages in the category

Deploy MOS 8.0(3 controlleres, 1 hw compute, neutron vxlmn, experimental group, Murano, Artifacts)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in web UI
2. Import some number of packages and assign them to "TEST" category
3. Enable usage of glance artifacts in the Murano
4. Log in Web UI
5. Navigate to "Package Definitions": no packages should be here
6. Navigate to "Categories"

Observed result:
User can see that "Package Count" of "TEST" category is not equal to "0", so it counts packages from db.

This bug with "Medium" priority was marked as "Won't Fix" in 8.0, because we are almost in HCF, but we need to show that there is a problem.
