[CI][Sahara] Need nightly job for testing of Sahara

Full stack Sahara tests not run in MOS 8.0. Need add nightly job for running all sahara scenario tests for exhaustive testing Sahara in MOS 8.0. Command for running tests will be added in fuel-qa scripts.

Tests on swarm job testing only cluster creation for only Vanilla plugin. Sahara flow is cluster creation, scaling, run EDP jobs (processing of data from HDFS, Swift, MaprFS). Testing of all functions takes time (~6h) and resources for data processing
