[horizon] network name is wrong on 'Instance Overview' tab

Detailed bug description:
Horizon capitalizes all words of network name string in 'IP Addresses' section of 'Instance Overview' tab (see attached pictures). As result 'Instance Overview' refers to non-existent network (wrong network name).

Steps to reproduce:
create new network named 'a b c d e f' (all small letters). Boot instance in the 'a b c d e f' network. Check network name in 'IP Addresses' section on 'Instance Overview' tab.

Expected results: 'a b c d e f'

Actual result: 'A B C D E F'
