broken layout in add user assignment form

build: mos9.0 latest

Preconditions:
- Multidomain is switched on
- There are some ldap users

Steps:
- Login as admin
- Go to Identity -> Domains
- Set mirantis.tld as domain context
- Go to Identity -> Groups
- Click "manage members" for group with ldap users
- Click "Add users"

Expected result:
- Opened form "Add Group Assignment" has correct layout

Actual result:
- Opened form has broken layout due to long ldap user ids
