OSTF test for Sahara failed because of static variable in the code

Bug Description

Standart MOS 8.0 deployment with Ceilometer and Sahara installed.
During preparation to OSTF tests Sahara image was uploaded to the cloud and registered as described here:
In this case Ubuntu image was used

OSTF test 'Ceilometer test to check notifications from Sahara' returned error 'Correctly registered image to create Sahara cluster not found.'

In file /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/fuel_health/tests/tests_platform/test_ceilometer.py I found static variable hadoop_version, that was set to '2.6.0'. After changing it to '2.7.1' error was fixed.
