Bug Description

Trying to boot Centos 6 based instance on MOS 8.0 I always get a kernel panic. Please see the screenshot. I don't see this behavior in another Openstack Distros (ex.: RDO Liberty)

Setting to Invalid after a month in the Incomplete state. If the issue will be reproduced, please set the bug back to confirmed state and provide information Timur is requesting about in the previous comment.
