Bug Description
Detailed bug description:
Service broker doesn't use MuranoPL actions to provide credentials of the application to Cloud Foundry. It should be fixed using default action for providing credentials.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy an app using murano service broker
2. Send bind request for the deployed app
Expected results:
1. Credentials, e.g. url and login/password, will be returned
Actual results:
1. Random information is returned
