[murano]Environment action buttons are not displayed right after deployment

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in Web UI
2. Navigate to Murano > Manage > Package Definitions
3. Import package
4. Navigate to Murano > Application Catalog > Environments
5. Create environment and add uploaded application to it
6. Sent to deploy

Observed result:
After we send environment to deploy and get the result, buttons such as "Deploy this environment" and "Add component" are not displayed. Page need to be refreshed to display those buttons

Horizon table.js sends ajax requests. We need to triggered page refresh somehow with javascript

Also, apps carousel at service component page should be shown after deployment. This should happen after ajax requests will be fished.
