Bug Description
In order to have a game, we need a codebase with which to work from. In order to complete this bug we need python code which loads a pygame screen in full screen and windowed mode from the command line.
Include license (GPLv3), basic readme, setup.py (distutils ask if advice needed about this) and the start of the two module sets 'mortimer' (game), 'albert' engine in the code branch with basic __init__ stubs and some basic starting code. Use my other python projects in launchpad as a guide if you're not sure.
