Enhancement: Remove Genre and Artists pane from smart playlist

On creating a smart playlist based on Artist name, it still displays the Genre and Artists pane. Artist pane is redundant since the smart playlist is already created to sort out all the albums by that Artist. This would only be useful if the user creates a playlist with condition "contains/starts with etc" ie not an exact name match. But is that necessary?? When you have the option to get an exact match, then why not use that?

Say you have Iron Maiden, Iron Savior, Iron Butterfly in your collection. Would you create a smart playlist "Artist" "Starts with" "Iron" and then go into the playlist and click the required artist or create three separate playlists for each artist. I'd choose the second option always.
