plugins configs not saved

Bug Description
Elisa components should save their config options back to elisa.conf when the user quits elisa. This is not the case, currently.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Elisa
2. Quit Elisa
3. open elisa.conf
Expected result: you should see at least a [general] section and various other sections, like [plugin_
Current result: there are only 3 sections: general, frontend1 and directories.

I can confirm that. One thing though, because of that bug the configuration file of 0.5.1 looks much simpler.
