[win32] usb harddrives aren't recognized as removable media

When connecting a USB hard disk it isn't detected as a removable device because win32 handles it as a local device instead of a removable one.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Connect an external USB hard drive
2) Start Elisa
3) Go to the Music section

Expected result: the device is visible, selectable and browsable.

Current result: the device is not visible.

This is a problem in Hardy as well - usb hardrives formatted as either ext3 or with a mixture of ntfs and ext3 partitions do not get recognized as removable - in Kubuntu8.04 and 7.10 there was no 'safely remove' option and in Ubuntu8.04 the properties describe the drives as external but not removable - should I just comment here or should I start another thread?
