Bug Description
Under windows, Elisa create two process :
The first one is the main executable : egui.exe
The second one is the thumbnailer : python.exe
It's not easily understandable for the end user.
could we rename :
egui.exe => elisa.exe ?
python.exe => elisa-thumbnail
Thanks,
Yyoyo.

This information is wrong and even more wrong for 0.5 because there is no own thumbnail process anymore.
So, there is 1 python.exe and 1 launcher process running when Elisa runs.
