Greek characters do not appear on windows top bar

Bug Description

I have noticed this bug when i visited a greek web page. Only the characters in the top window bar do not appear correctly.

See firefox's window in the attached screen shot.

Greek characters are appearing normally inside the firefox window as well as i can type with greek characters in any input field.

Try choose Greek font in font config: Main Menu -> Settings -> Look -> Fonts

I have tried with "Bistream Vera Sans" and "Dejavu Sans" that i think that support greek characters but with no luck.
