email confirmation broken

Thank you for this plugin, over all it works nicely.

I have found, however, that the email does not work. In order to allow people to use openid one needs to add the openid server to the whitelist ;)

If the openid server is not on the white list, the users then get an email asking for confirmation. They can log in one time, but the settings do not stick so they need to respond to an email every time ...

Not very practical.

the email system is working as peopel can register via email ;)

using moodle-openid-rev27.zip (although it was similar on other versions) + moodle from ubutu repostiories.

another suggestion, include at least launchpad on the white list ?
