New Personal Message-implementation needed

When you look to the current Personal Message-implementation, it's clear that it isn't developed by Thiago. It's a quick-'n-dirty implementation, and imho it's necessary to redo this part of the library..

For the moment, all you can do is display a standard PM, but from the moment that you want to do something more special with it (for example: change the type to "Music" or "Game"), you really have to search in that horrible piece of code how to achieve that..
