Bug Description

I have installed monasca on ubuntu, and have followed the below steps:

Installed zookeeper, kafka, scala, postfix, apache storm and influxdb. In influxdb i have created a database monasca and added monasca_api and monasca_persister as users.
> wget schema/master/files/default/mysql/mon.sql
> mysql -uroot -ppassword < mon.sql

> curl -X POST 'http://monasca:8086/db?u=root&p=root' -d '{"name": "mon"}'
> curl -X POST 'http://monasca:8086/db/mon/users?u=root&p=root' -d '{"name": "mon_api", "password": "password"}'
> curl -X POST 'http://monasca:8086/db/mon/users?u=root&p=root' -d '{"name": "mon_persister", "password": "password"}'

Then i have installed monasca-sample-config.git, monasca-common and monasca-api.
> git clone
> cd monasca-api
> mvn package
> cd ..
> sudo dpkg -i monasca-api/java/debs/binaries/*.deb
> sudo cp monasca-sample-config/monasca-api/api-config.yml /etc/monasca/api/
> sudo service monasca-api restart

However when i try to restart monasca-api, it throws error

> user@stack:~$ sudo service monasca-api restart
> monasca-api: unrecognized service
