Bug Description
The crash reporter plugin from the Monasca Agent reports invalid value_meta attributes when now crash has occured. While most hosts/VMs will not run into this situation, it is quite common in a Docker world.
Actually the crash reporter plugin reports an empty string which is (by the Python API) properly detected as invalid.
The trivial patch is attached.
