Bug Description

https://github.com/hpcloud-mon/ repo should be combined / merged into the repo https://github.com/stackforge/monasca-ui

This is a mess right now, and complicates deployment / version control (changes that needed to be coordinated across the repos)

They won't be able to be merged. The grafana repo is a fork off grafana project and we occasionally need to merge changes from upstream into this repository. Also grafana and horizon monasca dashboard are distinct architectures and are quite independent.

If you think this is a mess, you should look at the rest of Monasca :-) It is made of dozens of repos.

It makes sense to push the monasca service changes upstream to grafana itself so that we don't have our own repository anymore.
