Mojo bundle mention "deploy" in the log

When using a mojo bundle step, the logs are still referring to juju deployer:

We could:
1) Only mention the bundle
2) Mention some extra lines after this to mention this was invoked through a "mojo bundle" stanza.

We could had an attr to the DeployerPhase and the BundlePhase and use that attribute in the "run" method which logs the mentioned message.
