Bug Description
mojo in Xenial recommends lxd but depends on lxc; this makes no sense. For Xenial, it should depend on lxd and not mention lxc.

Specifically, I think the following should be promoted to Depends:
lxd (>= 2.0.0), python-pylxd (>= 2.0.0), python-ws4py
And I think the following should be dropped from Depends:
lxc (>= 1.0.0), lxc-templates
