Bug Description
Hi,
When running a script phase, the output produced by the script called is only displayed when the phase ends. It should be streamed as output when the script is run outside of mojo.
This is particularly annoying for "long"-ish running scripts that do a good job at displaying what they're doing : the information is useless when the script is run through mojo.
