$ mojo workspace-new $MOJO_SPEC $MOJO_WORKSPACE

Stage should not be required or error on mojo workpsace-new

I think what's going on here is that we're actually validating the spec as part of creating the workspace, and we "need" a stage to do that. We could possibly use a default of "devel". Needs some investigation.
