Bug Description
Currently the two options we have for RESET_JUJU_AFTER are TRUE or FALSE. It'd be nice to have a FALSE_IF_FAIL option so that the environment gets reset if things succeed, but leaves it intact if it fails so you can inspect the environment manually. This would be a very useful default, especially for manual runs.
