categories on wiki.ubuntu.com are broken

Bug Description

Many categories in wiki.ubuntu.com are broken due to the fact that the syntax has changed. Previously you could use [[FullSearch]] to get a list of all pages that contain a category name. Now you need to mention the name of the page like:
<<FullSearch(CategoryAccessibility)>>.

To fix this one should best replace the current line with <<FullSearchCached(@PAGE@)>>. The "Cached" extension makes moin cache the results and thereby do use less CPU. @PAGE@ gets replaced by the current page name, which is the category.

I have done this here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CategoryAccessibility

This isn't a bug in MoinMoin, it's a problem in Ubuntu's implementation. I will report it in the relevant place.
