\name, possibility to use \textsc

Bug Description
In french, the typography supports Small caps to the family name (\textsc()). Please, support this command in your command \name{}{} to get a beautiful Name.
If I do, no error, but the result is bad... "The font?" Perhaps... I do not know the font and if it supports small caps too!
