Bug Description
On Ubuntu 11.04 using NetworkManager 0.8.4 and modemmanager 0.4,
I had a working broadband (3G/2G) connection,
but after I checked "Available to all users" and saved it, I could not connect any more.

Then also all other broadband connections were blocked until I killed modem-manager and waited:
killall modem-manager; sleep 20
Un-checking "Available to all users" did not help, but only creating/usring a new broadband connection.
