Bug Description
Blueman creates /dev/rfcomm0 - modem manager scans but doesn't find anything as per attached debug output. Modem works with manual ppp configuration.
My C is a bit rusty but I'm happy to code up a plugin if that is what is required and I can get a bit of direction.
